Stir-fry the minced garlic and chili pepper with oil until aromatic. Add the fried, marinated, tapioca flour-coated loin rib.
Zz Sauce in

Kyoto Pork Ribs

Add Zz Sweet and Sour Sauce and water, mix well and add decorating parsley, dish out and serve.
