Mapo Tofu
Ingredients
1 box of tofu, some minced pork, a handful of minced ginger, garlic, and chili pepper, some chopped green onion, one pack of Zz Spicy Mapo Sauce.
Cooking
Stir-fry the spices and pungent with a handful of oil until aromatic, then add and stir-fry the minced pork until the pork turns brown. Add the tofu.

Add Zz Spicy Mapo Sauce and gently stir well, simmer until the sauce until absorbed, dish out and serve.
